The founder of Felde Publications & Programs, Tom Felde,  is one of the leading authorities on the overall subject of Real Estate in California.  He has devoted the past 40 years to Real Estate Education and has authered several books.

With the Nationwide mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in effect, 
Mr. Felde has expanded his programs to include a 20-hour
pre-licensing course for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLO's)
and an Examination Preparation course for both the National Component and the California Component; including the all important
8-hour Continuing Education course for all currently licensed MLO’s.
